Word of the Week 4

Incessantly

Source: Tess of the D'Urbervilles

How it was used: "The wind was so drying that the ivy-leaves had become wizened and gray, each tapping incessantly upon it's neighbour with a disquieting stir of her nerves."

Definition: Continuing without interruption; ceaseless; unending.

My Sentence: Her grandmother's nagging was incessantly ringing in her ears.
